Questions
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time, with Manage plan. Your plan stays on until the end of the month or year you've paid for, then your account moves to Free. Nothing you made is deleted.
Can I get a refund?
We don't refund or credit the unused part of a month or year, except where the law requires it or if we close your account or shut alai down. If you think you were charged by mistake, email support@tryalai.app. Section 10 of the Terms has the details.
Where do I buy a plan?
On the web, through Stripe; the iPad app's Your plan opens it there. Your plan follows your account, so it works on the iPad and the web.
What happens when Ally's 10 hours run out?
Ally pauses for that learner until the next month starts. Your notes and the note tools keep working. Unused time doesn't carry over.
Is there a discount?
If your first paid plan is a monthly one, its first month is 50% off. Yearly plans cost less than twelve months: Essential is $19.99 a year and Pro is $119.99 a year.
Can I switch plans?
Yes. Manage plan shows what the change costs before you confirm it, and you can add learners to Pro there too.
How do I get alai?
alai is on iPad and the web. Make a free account to start.
